Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

   - Charges: PKR 250 

   - Delivery: Time: 3-5 business days.

 

Free Shipping:

   - Eligibility: Orders over PKR 2,900.

   - Delivery: Time: 3-5 business days.

 

Processing Times

- All orders are processed within 12-24 Hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- During peak seasons, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking 

 

Address & Delivery Issues

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go to an incorrect address if it was provided at checkout.

- If you realize there’s an error, please contact us at +92 3274325325/contactpinknpure@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make adjustments.

Damaged or Lost Packages

- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging so we can assist.

- Lost Packages: We work closely with our shipping partners, but if an order is lost, reach out to us, and we will investigate further to resolve the issue.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Note: Orders are only shipped within Pakistan at this time. We do not offer international shipping.
